5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or other reasons, the package may be returned to us.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Rivira.shop is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete:

  • Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.

  • Our support team will review and assist accordingly.
